No. You don't have to install this app for cash payment or withdrawal. As a customer you can use any UPI app such as google pay, phonepe, paytm, bharat UPI to scan merchant QR code and transfer the money.

We at Cash Bank will give you a chance to earn on your earned money by receiving small commission from our side and also there will be no charges for cash transfer from Cash Bank wallet to your bank account.
